macOS installs like a desktop app, Windows installs from the Microsoft Store, Linux installs from the Snap Store, Android Mobile installs as an APK, and Meta Quest installs from the official Meta Store listing.

Windows

Microsoft Store Desktop App

Best for Windows 10 and 11 users who want a one-click install. The Microsoft Store handles setup and keeps o3IPTV updated automatically.

  2. Select Get to install o3IPTV on your PC.
  3. Launch o3IPTV from the Start menu once it finishes installing.

Linux

Snap Package Desktop App

Best for Ubuntu and any distribution with snap support. The Snap Store bundles every dependency and keeps the app updated automatically.

  2. Click Install on the listing, or run sudo snap install o3iptv in a terminal.
  3. Launch o3IPTV from your application menu or run o3iptv in a terminal.
  4. Updates are automatic - snap refreshes o3IPTV in the background, or run sudo snap refresh o3iptv to update now.
Bundled dependencies

The snap bundles GTK, mpv, SQLite, and FFmpeg, so there's nothing else to install. Snap also keeps o3IPTV updated automatically in the background.

Android Mobile

Meta Quest

Meta Store Quest App

This is the official Meta Quest listing for the flat 2D Quest build. Install from the Meta Store instead of manually installing an APK.

  1. Open the official Meta Store listing with the button above.
  2. Sign in to the Meta account used by your headset if Meta asks.
  3. Select Get to add or install o3IPTV for your Quest.
  4. In the headset, open your Meta Quest app library and launch o3IPTV after installation finishes.

tvOS

App Store Apple TV

A native Apple TV app is on the way - tvOS support is coming soon.

How updates work

Store builds update through their store listing when updates are available. Direct APK or package downloads update by installing or replacing the newer package.

How Quest installs

Quest now uses the official Meta Store listing, so o3IPTV appears with your normal Quest apps after installation. Developer Mode, SideQuest, adb, and Unknown Sources are not required.
