• Subscription Status: If you purchase or restore Premium through an app store or another supported billing provider, we store normalized entitlement status such as plan key, source store, verification state, expiration time, and feature flags. We do not store raw payment card numbers.
• User-Provided Source Metadata: If you enable app account sync features, we may store playlist names, profile names, source metadata, guide metadata, favorites, continue-watching state, and encrypted source credentials that you choose to sync. o3IPTV does not provide channels, playlists, streaming links, catalogs, movies, sports, or media content.
• Support Information: If you contact support, we may collect your email address, message content, device details, app version, and troubleshooting information you choose to provide.
• Technical Information: We may collect device type, operating system, app version, crash reports, diagnostics, and website download or usage events to operate, secure, and improve the software.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Account and App Services: We use information to authenticate accounts, sync supported profile and playlist metadata, verify subscription status, provide Premium app functionality, and operate support services.
• Service Improvements: Technical data helps us improve functionality, reliability, performance, and user experience.
• Abuse Prevention: We may use information to enforce our Terms of Use, Acceptable Use Policy, and software-only positioning.
• Legal Compliance: We may use information to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

o3IPTV does not use cookies to provide media content. Our website may use basic cookies or local browser storage for download agreement state, security, analytics, or a more reliable website experience. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some website features may not work as expected.

5. Third-Party Services

We do not sell user information. We may use service providers for account email delivery, app-store subscription verification, payment processing where supported, hosting, diagnostics, analytics, and customer support. We share only the information needed for those providers to operate the requested service.

6. User Media Sources

o3IPTV is media player software for user-provided lawful sources. We do not provide, host, sell, retransmit, or include channels, playlists, streaming links, catalogs, movies, sports, or other media content. Users are responsible for the legality of any source, file, metadata feed, or guide-data feed they add.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

8. Children’s Privacy

o3IPTV is not directed at individuals under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can promptly remove it.

9. International Users

Your information may be transferred to and maintained on servers located outside of your state, province, or country. By using o3IPTV, you consent to this transfer.

10. Data Deletion Requests

The right to request deletion of your o3IPTV account data is available to all users, regardless of geographic location. You can delete your account in the app by opening Settings › Account › Delete account and confirming the deletion. You can also request deletion by emailing support@o3iptv.app from the email address on your account, or by visiting the account deletion page.

When your account is deleted, we delete or de-identify the account information, synced profile and playlist metadata, encrypted synced source credentials, favorites, continue-watching state, support records tied to the account where deletion is not legally restricted, and subscription or entitlement records tied to the account. We may retain limited records only when required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcing our agreements.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will post the updated policy here with a new “Last Updated” date.
