Delete your account

All users can permanently delete their o3IPTV account and associated data, regardless of geographic location

Delete in the app

Open o3IPTV, go to Settings › Account › Delete account, and confirm. Your account and the data associated with it are removed right away.

Request by email

If you can’t access the app, email support@o3iptv.app from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account removes:

  • Your account and sign-in email
  • Your profiles and app preferences
  • Encrypted source URLs and credentials you saved for sync
  • Your favorites, watch history, and other synced data
  • Subscription and entitlement records tied to your account

Limited records may be retained only where required by law or to prevent fraud and abuse. Note that o3IPTV is a player: your IPTV provider is a separate company, so cancel any subscription you hold directly with that provider. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel paid subscriptions; manage any app or web subscription through the store, platform, or payment provider where you subscribed. Direct web subscriptions can be managed through the o3IPTV account page.
