o3IPTV
Features on Android TV
Every feature is included. Try everything free for 14 days, then subscribe.
Account and devices
1 Sign in with an email code
Sign in with just your email. There is no password. o3IPTV emails you a one-time code, and your first sign-in creates the account.
On the sign-in screen enter your email under “Enter your email to get a one-time sign-in code”, then select “Continue with email”. On “Check your email” type the code and select “Verify code”. “Change email” goes back a step.
2 Approve a sign-in from another device
Sign a new device in by approving it from a device that is already signed in. It saves typing your email on a TV, a headset or a computer.
The sign-in screen displays a QR code and a short code. Scan the QR code with your phone camera, or in the o3IPTV app on a phone or computer go to Devices > Approve a New Device and enter the code. A declined or expired code is replaced by a fresh one automatically.
3 Devices and the device limit
See every device signed in to your account and sign any of them out. One account can be signed in on up to 5 devices at once.
Open Settings > Account > “Manage devices”. Choose “Sign out” on a device or “Sign out all other devices”. At the limit the sign-in asks “Choose one to sign out, and this device takes its place.” If this TV was removed, a card explains why and offers “Sign in again”.
4 14-day free trial
Every feature is included from day one. New accounts get 14 days free, no card needed, then you subscribe to keep going.
While your trial runs, Home displays a slim “Free trial” band with the days left (“Ends today” on the last day) and a “Subscribe” button. Settings > Account lists the state and has “Refresh status”.
5 Subscription and plans
One subscription covers every device on your account and every feature in the app. It never includes media.
Select “Subscribe” in Settings > Account, or open the paywall when playback is blocked (“Subscription required”). “Choose your plan” lists live store prices, with “Re-check” and “Restore purchases”. If a plan lapses mid-stream you can finish the current programme before the paywall appears.
Google TV bills through Google Play.
6 Account settings
One place for your subscription, profile, devices, sync and sign-out. Delete account removes your cloud data.
Settings > Account lists your subscription state (Active, Free trial, Grace period, Expired and so on) with “Refresh status”, “Subscribe” or “Manage subscription”, “Sign out” and “Delete account”. Deleting is finished on a phone or computer at o3iptv.app/account.
Playlists and sources
7 Add a source with your Xtream login
Enter your Xtream Codes login and o3IPTV imports your live channels, movies, series and TV guide. o3IPTV is a player and ships no content.
On first run choose “Add your first playlist”, or go to Settings > Media Sources > “Add playlist”. Enter the playlist name, server URL (for example http://host:8080), username and password. “Use a custom EPG guide URL” is optional. Errors say if the login is wrong, no Xtream panel is at that URL or the server is unreachable.
8 Several sources, one active
Keep more than one login and choose which one you are watching.
With two or more playlists the sidebar has a “Switch source” row (“Choose which playlist to watch”). In Settings > Media Sources, “Set active” on a playlist card marks it with an Active pill.
9 Source status and actions
Check what a source holds and when it expires. Refresh it, swap its login or delete it from the same card.
Open Settings > Media Sources. Each card lists Status, Expires, Connections (“N of M in use”) and counts for Channels, Movies, Series and Guide Programmes. Choose “Refresh”, “Renew” (new username and password) or “Delete”.
10 Guide source for each playlist
Use your provider's TV guide or point a source at your own XMLTV address.
In Settings > Media Sources choose “EPG” on a playlist. Pick “Use the provider's EPG (recommended)” or “Custom XMLTV URL”. “Update guide” runs the update now.
11 Exclude categories
Exclude whole Live TV, Movie or Series categories from a source. Excluded categories and their content leave the app, and including them again restores them.
In Settings > Media Sources choose “Exclusions” on a playlist. Use the tabs Live TV, Movies and Series. Each category reads Included or Excluded, with “Exclude all” and “Include all”. “Apply and refresh” saves it. Only the main profile can change exclusions.
12 New categories from your provider
Get told when your provider adds categories, and choose to exclude new ones automatically until you include them.
Home displays “New since your last review” with “Review” and “Dismiss” when the provider adds categories. The Exclusions dialog has a toggle, “Exclude new categories automatically”, so new categories start excluded until you include them.
13 Expired source warnings
The app tells you when a provider account has expired, so a failing channel does not look like a bug.
Home displays “<name> has expired” with “Manage”. Pressing Play offers “Manage Playlist” or “Play Anyway”. Previews say the channel's playlist has expired.
14 Automatic library and guide updates
o3IPTV keeps your channels, movies, series and TV guide fresh without you opening Refresh.
This happens by itself every day, and the app displays a “Library updated” toast. The first import of a large catalog can take minutes. Settings > Media Sources > “Refresh” updates right away.
Home
15 Trending carousel
A large banner at the top of Home with trending movies and shows that match your library.
The banner sits at the top of Home. Left and Right move through titles. Select opens the title, and the banner also offers “Watch Now”, “More info”, a heart and “Add to My List”.
16 Continue Watching
Resume movies, episodes, live channels and catch-up where you left off. Positions follow your profile to every device.
It is the first rail on Home. Select resumes a card. Long-press Select asks “Remove from Continue Watching?”. If your version is missing, “Play in a different language?” names the language before it plays.
17 Top 10 Movies and Top 10 TV Shows
Ranked rails of what is trending on TMDB, limited to titles you can actually play from your source.
Move down the Home rails to “Top 10 Movies” and “Top 10 TV Shows”. Only titles playable in your playlist appear. Select opens the title.
18 Recommendations and curated rows
Rows picked for you, such as “Because You Watched”, a rotating Smart Discover shelf and hand-picked lists like “Complete Sagas”.
Move down the Home rails. “Because You Watched” follows your history. Smart Discover rotates themed shelves such as “Short Movies for Tonight” or “Korean Thrillers”. Editorial rails include “Complete Sagas” and provider rows like “Popular on Netflix”.
19 Recently added and Top TV Channels
See what is new in your source, and jump to major networks from brand cards.
Home has “Recently Added Episodes”, “Recently Added Movies” and “Recently Added Channels”, plus Top TV Channels. Select a brand card to open the channel, or pick from “Choose a Channel” when it has several.
20 Browse by Genre
Twelve genre cards open a screen of movies or series in that genre, matched to your own library.
Find the genre cards near the bottom of Home. A genre opens with Movies and Series tabs and the rows “New releases”, “Popular now” and “Top rated”. Choose Rows or Grid, and Popular or Newest. Kids profiles see six kid-safe genres.
Live TV
21 Browse live channels
Find channels as a logo grid or a list, with sorting and categories. Numbers sort naturally, so ESPN 2 comes before ESPN 11.
Open Live TV in the sidebar. Categories are on the left, channels in the middle, preview and programme details on the right. Press Right from a category to reach its channels. Sort categories by Provider order, A to Z, Most channels or Newest, and channels by Provider order, A to Z or Channel number.
22 Pinned, recent and favorite categories
Favorite and recently used categories sit at the top of the list, and categories your provider just added are marked New.
The list starts with Favorites, “Recently watched”, “All channels” and “New”. Star a category (“Add category to favorites”) to move it to the top. Favorite categories sync to your other devices, and pinned and starred rows stay on top when you sort.
23 On Now programme titles
Every channel tile or row names the programme that is on now, taken from the TV guide.
Each channel row names the current programme. Focus a channel to see now, up next, minutes left and the description in the right column. Guide, Favorites and Home rows show it too.
24 Channel previews
Preview a live channel inside the list without leaving it.
Select a channel to start a muted preview in the right column. Select the same channel again for full screen. The hint reads “OK Preview · Hold OK Favorite”. The Guide works the same way. Settings > Playback > “Keep preview playing while browsing” controls whether it continues as you move.
26 Channel logos
Logos load from your provider first, then from the o3IPTV logo service, then a clean placeholder. You can set the color behind them.
Open Settings > Customization > “TV logo background” and pick a color. “Reset to default” undoes it.
27 Number-key channel zap
Type a channel number on a remote with digit keys to jump to that channel while you watch live.
Turn it on in Settings > Playback > “Number keys (channel zap)”. It is off by default. While watching live, type a number with the 0-9 keys. It maps to the channel's position in your list.
TV Guide, Catch Up and reminders
28 TV Guide timeline
A grid of channels against time with the current programme highlighted. Page earlier or later, filter by category and search.

32 Programme reminders
Get a reminder before a programme starts. Reminders sync across your devices and profile.
Long-press Select on a Guide programme, or on a channel in Live TV, and choose “Remind me”. A banner appears 5 minutes before the start with “Tune in” and “Dismiss”, only while the app is running. Review reminders from the Guide menu under “Reminders”.

Select “Trailers & Clips” on a title page. The trailer opens in the YouTube app on your TV, and the row is missing if YouTube is not installed.
37 Sagas and collections

A movie page lists “N of M movies in your library”, “Current movie” and “Next in collection”. “Complete Sagas” rows on Home have one card per saga.
38 Versions and languages
When your source has several copies of one title, such as other languages or qualities, pick the one you want and see its file size.
“Watch Now” picks a copy by your preferred audio language. Otherwise “Choose a Version” lists copies with the playlist name and size. In the player, Options > “Change version” swaps copy and keeps your position.
39 Up Next
Near the end of an episode a card offers the next one with a countdown, so a binge needs no clicks.
A card says “Up next” with “Playing in Ns”, “Play now” and “Cancel”.
40 Resume or start over
Open a title you started and choose to carry on or begin again.

Specific cards explain problems: “All connections in use” (with “Switch to another playlist”), “Not supported on this device”, “Title Unavailable at Source” (with “Try Another Version”), and “VPN Unreachable”. The player reconnects on its own.
66 Sleep timer
Stop playback by itself after a set time.
Open Options > Sleep timer and pick Off, 15, 30, 45, 60 or 90 minutes.
Recordings and downloads

73 Recordings library

75 Manage profiles

77 Profile PIN
Protect a profile with a 4-digit PIN that is asked whenever someone switches into it, on every device.

78 Parental controls (adult lock)
Lock adult channels, movies and series behind a PIN across the whole app.
Open Settings > Parental controls and choose “Set a PIN”. While locked, adult content is kept out of every list and needs the PIN to play. “Unlock adult content” lasts the session. “Lock adult content now”, “Change PIN” and “Remove PIN” are in the same place. Locked titles read “This title is locked”.
Favorites and lists
79 Favorites
Keep your favorite channels, movies, series and teams in one place, per profile. Favorites also appear in a row on Home.

80 Favorite hearts

Favorites, lists, positions, reminders, exclusions, sources and more follow your account to every device automatically.
Nothing to switch on. Favorites, lists, favorite categories and teams, Continue Watching, reminders, exclusions, profiles, sources (credentials encrypted), VPN profiles and the OpenSubtitles login sync. Settings > Account lists “Synced” with the time, and “Sync now”.
83 Restore on a new device
Sign in on a fresh device and your sources and preferences come back by themselves.
After you sign in the app displays “Restoring your sources” with phases: Preparing source, Validating, Live Channels, Movies, Series and TV Guide. Large catalogs can take minutes.
Stream-only VPN
84 Stream-only VPN
Send only the video of one source through your own WireGuard VPN. If the VPN drops, playback stops rather than going direct.
Open Settings > Media Sources, choose a playlist, then “Connection”. Paste the contents of your provider's WireGuard .conf, or use “Remove VPN” and “Renew connection”. Provider sign-in (Proton, Mullvad and others) is done in the phone or computer app and arrives by sync. A VPN pill marks the source.
Settings and languages
85 Interface language
The app speaks 11 languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, French, German, Dutch, Turkish, Italian, Polish and Swedish.
